Terry Nixon
Chief Executive Officer
Terry Nixon has over 40 years in the insurance and claims industry, managing several companies in the East and Midwest. His education includes a BA from West Virginia University as well as specialized training schools and decades of professional development. Often a speaker and panel member at industry seminars, Terry is a member and past president of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and also holds membership in the Illinois Association of Independent Adjusters, the St. Louis Claims Association, the Kansas City Claims Association, the Chicago Casualty Adjuster Association, The Trucking Industry Defense Association, The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International and the 1852 Club of Missouri.
Jim Abbott
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jim Abbott has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and claims industry, managing several companies in the South and Midwest. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Truman State University and has completed several technical and management insurance courses in addition to many years of professional development in the industry. He has also participated in various industry seminars and conferences over the years. A member and Past President of the St. Louis Claim Managers' Council, Jim also belongs to the National Risk Insurance Management Society, St. Louis Risk Insurance Management Society, Missouri Self-Insured Association, National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, Defense Research Institute, Trucking Industry Defense Association, Texas Association of Community Schools and the St. Louis Association of Healthcare Risk Managers.
Ken Pini
Vice President
Ken Pini has over 30 years in the insurance and claims industry, managing several companies in the Midwest. Ken holds a BA from St. Louis University and has decades of professional development and training, including the RPA designation. Ken is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Loss Executives Association, the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, the St. Louis Claim Managers' Council and The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International.
Mike Grubbs
Vice President
Mike Grubbs has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and claims industry, managing various companies in the South, Northeast and Midwest. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and has completed several technical and management insurance courses. Mike also participates in industry seminars and conferences.
T. Mark Nixon
Vice President
Mark Nixon has over 16 years of experience, including service as a paramedic, firefighter and arson investigator. He attended Drake University and has completed several casualty and property schools and professional development courses. He is certified for O.S.H.A. Compliant Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and for Advanced Arson Investigation Techniques by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms National Academy. Mark is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and serves as the state chapter vice president for the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.
Mike Fleming

Mike Fleming has over 30 years experience in the insurance and claims industry, managing several companies in Southern California and the Midwest. His education includes a BA from Loyola University and a J.D. from the American College of Law in Santa Ana, California. He holds the Associate in Risk Management designation, is certified in California Workers' Compensation Claims Administration and has completed various management and insurance workshops, courses and seminars. Mike has taught several insurance courses for the Insurance Education Association.
